1 General Terms & Conditions

JeetBat (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "JeetBat") is an online Sports Betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all legal matters between JeetBat and its users ("you", "the user").

2 Account Registration

To bet on JeetBat, you must first create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may only create one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Use your real name, mobile number, or email address when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and never share it with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
• Withdrawal options may be limited if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

3 Age & Eligibility

JeetBat is a responsible betting platform. We are committed to keeping minors away from betting.

• Minimum Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to use JeetBat.
• Accounts belonging to minors will be immediately suspended and all associated transactions will be voided.
• If there are minors in your household, ensure they do not have access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on JeetBat can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank cards. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on JeetBat. These rules apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If your internet connection drops while a bet is already being processed, that bet will remain valid.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — always confirm the odds before placing your bet.
• If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• JeetBat reserves the right to void any bet where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JeetBat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JeetBat platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Using JeetBat for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Hacking or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same individual or household.

• Engaging in harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

JeetBat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity are detected.
• When a user activates self-exclusion upon their own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Before closing an account, JeetBat will notify the user by email (provided no terms violations have occurred). Any valid remaining balance will be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

JeetBat is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• JeetBat is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems.
• JeetBat is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
• JeetBat accepts no responsibility for money lost through betting.
• JeetBat is not responsible if a user loses access to their account or forgets their password due to their own error.

10 Responsible Betting
